The government is smart, there is no other way to put it. Not (only) in a political, sociological and financial manner either. But in a "mandated" cultural sense, as well. The United States government has been tried and proven for years and years and years.
Throughout all the blatant disrespect, disobedience, discouragements, separatist themes, EVERYTHING.
It truly would require a revolution to even begin to put a dent in their full operation.
